You must be of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this platform. If you are under the legal age, you may only use the platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4.1. Registration: Users are required to create an account to access certain features of the platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
4.2. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
5.1. Listing NFTs: Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the NFTs they list for sale, including ownership and provenance.
5.2. Purchasing NFTs: Buyers must verify the details of an NFT before making a purchase. All sales are final, and refunds are at the sole discretion of the Seller.
6.1. Transaction Fees: Studio 1727 may charge transaction fees for NFT sales, which will be specified in our fee schedule.
6.2. Payments: Payments for NFT purchases may be made using the payment methods available on the platform.
7.1. Ownership: NFTs represent ownership rights according to the terms set by the NFT smart contract. Studio 1727 does not claim ownership of NFTs listed on the platform.
7.2. Licensing: Users grant Studio 1727 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute their NFTs on the platform.
Users must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities while using the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, copyright infringement, hacking, and fraud.
Studio 1727 reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion, without notice, for violations of these terms or any other reason.
Studio 1727 makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the platform or NFTs listed on it. Users use the platform at their own risk.
Studio 1727 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
